Our Mission

Another Chance Outreach intends to give supported tools to accomplish one’s goals, strengthen the communities, encourage and educate diversity and tolerance. Safe shelter, case management, advocacy and referral services, food and hot meals, recreational activities, crisis intervention, conflict mediation, counseling regarding violence, sexual exploitation, sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy, etc. will be provided. Individuals will be shown acceptance, compassion and empathy towards their different situations, acknowledging the fact that they are individuals that deserve another chance to accomplish their goals, despite things that have occurred in their lives. Another Chance Outreach also plans to provide aftercare and follow up services. There will be collaborations with agencies such as law enforcement, the juvenile system, and child welfare to ensure that the needs of our communities are consistently being met.

“Another Chance Outreach believes that communities are at its strongest when individuals are treated with respect, dignity, and have the supportive tools to achieve their goals.”

—FOUNDER ERNISHA ROBERTS

Another Chance Outreach was founded by Kevin Bady and Ernisha Roberts. Individuals that have worked several years in the field with children and young adults, working in environments of childcare transitioning to fields of working with those that have mental or physical disabilities. The history of their work has ignited a passion within them to meet the needs of others with compassion that promotes healing and stimulates growth to overcome their obstacles. It is understood that every individual has their own struggles, with this in mind, Kevin and Ernisha have worked hard to implement programs that will be person - centered to meet the needs of the youth they intend to serve.
