Another Chance Outreach is a Nonprofit Organization committed to providing supportive services to vulnerable and at risk populations, with special focus on minority populations and those experiencing poverty.
Our Values
Another Chance believes that communities are strongest when every individual is treated with respect and dignity and has the supportive tools to achieve their goals. Every individual has their own struggles. Our youth are accepted, loved, nurtured and taught as an individual with this in mind. Nurturing staff and carefully designed programs to enhance each individual’s emotional security and self-esteem. Instills a greater sense of self-worth and encourages self-confidence. Every individual is guided with positive reinforcement in all programs, always encouraged to try and never pressured into participation of any program.

Another Chance Outreach is striving to be a positive force in our communities, we understand that individuals all come with different needs, we have designed several different programs to meet the specific needs of individuals we serve.

The Another Chance Outreach team works diligently to create collaborations with business and organizations in effort to host 4 yearly events around the twin cities called “CONNECTING COMMUNITIES” offering free food and fun for everyone while at the same time providing resources and bringing awareness to those in need.

Actions Connecting Others purpose is providing supportive services to vulnerable and at-risk populations with special focus on minority populations and those experiencing poverty. Connections between ACO and the public for mutual benefits creating and implementing programs that will offer guidance, awareness, and support.

Another Chance Outreach is in the beginning stages of becoming something great! We are always looking for wonderful people to join our team to ensure we maintain the capacity to serve our community.
